Varanasi, July 28: Banaras Locomotive Works (BLW) successfully organized an All-Railway Hindi Quiz Competition at its Technical Training Centre on Tuesday under the aegis of the Official Language Department. The event was held in compliance with Railway Board directives and under the guidance of General Manager Ashutosh Pant.
The competition was conducted under the leadership of Chief Official Language Officer Ramjanm Chaubey with the objective of selecting participants to represent BLW in the Railway Board’s All-Railway Hindi Quiz Competition. It also aimed to promote awareness of the Official Language policy and encourage the use of Hindi among officers and employees.
A total of 51 officers and employees enthusiastically participated in the quiz, which featured questions on the Indian Railways, Hindi language and literature, the Official Language, and general knowledge.
The event was conducted in a well-organized and vibrant atmosphere. Participants described the competition as both informative and inspiring. The selected contestants will now represent BLW in the upcoming All-Railway Hindi Quiz Competition organized by the Railway Board.
